From the melodies of traditional Korean music to today’s K-pop, Korean music has carried the emotions of the people who lived through each era.
A project launched in 2026 by Korean music publisher Hi-Five, it was created to capture this musical journey within a single library.
As a Production Music catalog spanning the diverse spectrum of Korean popular music across generations, it embraces the rich textures and distinctive character of Korean music.
The project brings together composers who have worked on film and drama soundtracks, as well as composers actively working at the forefront of the K-pop scene.
Moving forward, we plan to continue expanding our collaborations with commercial artists from a wide range of fields.
By curating sounds that reflect Korea’s musical history, cultural heritage, and contemporary sensibilities, we hope to bring a distinctive Korean sense of emotional depth to a wide variety of content, including films, advertisements, television, streaming services, and games.
영화와 드라마 OST를 작업해온 작곡가들과 K-pop 씬 최전선에서 활동 중인 작곡가들이 참여하고 있으며, 다양한 분야의 상업 아티스트들과의 협업을 지속적으로 해 나갈 예정입니다.

K.E.S.는 이 흐름을 하나의 라이브러리에 담아내고자, 2026년 한국 음악 출판사 Hi-Five가 시작한 프로젝트로서, 한국 대중음악의 시대별 스펙트럼을 아우르며 한국 음악의 결을 폭넓게 다루는 Production Music 카탈로그입니다.
